This approach is not only more economical, but also more environmentally conscious than traditional burial practices that rely on embalming chemicals and elaborate caskets.
Direct burial alone provides essential professional care—removal, sheltering, basic preparation, and burial—without any formal ceremony. This allows families maximum flexibility to hold their own memorial service at a time and place that feels right for them.
Direct burial with services adds meaningful ceremonies to the burial process. Families can choose to include graveside services, chapel ceremonies, or both, while still maintaining the eco-friendly and economical benefits of direct burial.

Chapel & Graveside Services Packages
Our chapel and graveside packages combine the comfort of an indoor memorial service with the tradition of a graveside ceremony. These comprehensive services allow family and friends to gather, share memories, and honor your loved one’s life in a dignified setting, followed by a peaceful graveside tribute. Available at our Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and Long Beach facilities, each package is tailored to the unique character and capacity of our facilities.
Los Angeles – $5,995
Suited for families who prefer a traditional indoor ceremony followed by a graveside farewell. Space holds up to 200 people.
This package includes:
- Dressing, casketing, and cosmetology
- 100 personalized memorial cards
- Choice of casket from our curated collection
- Fresh casket spray from our selection
- Use of our chapel or gathering space – 1 hour. Holds up to 200 people.
- Transportation to our Sanctuary in Pasadena or a church of your choice* within 25 miles
- Transportation to the cemetery within a 25-mile radius of our office
- A one hour graveside service
- Does not include clergy honorarium or embalming.
- Booking arrangements and fees for church of your choice must be handled by the family
Palm Springs – $5,995
For families seeking a respectful ceremony in a cozy and modern gathering space in the Palm Springs area. Space holds up to 30 people.
This package includes:
- Dressing, casketing, and cosmetology
- 100 personalized memorial cards
- Choice of casket from our collection
- Fresh casket spray from our selection
- Use of our gathering space (not a traditional chapel) – 1 hour.
- Transportation to a viewing room or gathering space in Palm Springs or a church of your choice* within 25 miles
- Transportation to the cemetery within a 25-mile radius of our office
- A one hour graveside service
- Does not include clergy honorarium or embalming.
- Booking arrangements and fees for church of your choice must be handled by the family
Long Beach – $6,295
Intended for families desiring a local, inclusive ceremony and graveside service in the Long Beach area.
This package includes:
- Dressing, casketing, and cosmetology
