AQUAMATION – A GREEN ALTERNATIVE TO TRADITIONAL CREMATION

Services of a licensed funeral director and staff
Removal of the decedent from a hospital, nursing home, coroner’s office, residence or Board-and-Care
Sheltering the decedent in our licensed climate-controlled area
Hydrolysis process
Completion and filing of the death certificate
2 Death Certificates
Obtaining a county permit for disposition, paying permit fee and Department of Consumer Affairs fee
All applicable taxes
Hand delivery within 10 miles of one of our offices (restrictions apply).

Direct Alkaline Hydrolysis Package

Includes the basic services of a funeral director and staff
Removal of the decedent from a hospital, nursing home, coroner’s office, residence or Board-and-Care in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, or Ventura County
Sheltering the decedent in our licensed climate-controlled area
Hydrolysis process
Completion of the death certificate, two death certificates, disposition permit fee, the Department of Consumer Affairs fee, all applicable taxes
Hand delivery within 10 miles of one of our offices (restrictions apply)
Includes your choice of urn valued at $150.00 from our in-house selection
Includes your choice of: fingerprints, photographs, or locks of hair (up to two of these items when your loved one is presentable)
