My father passed away on August 20th in the morning, and I had called another cremation place who said they would get back to me within 3 hours. 9 hours passed and no call from them, which I normally would not be upset about because I’m pretty understanding, but time was of the essence since the hospital would only keep my dad there for 2 days.
So, I called and spoke with Belinda, who immediately helped me get paperwork started and they picked my father up from the hospital the following day. Another of their workers, Dominique, has kept me updated through every step of the process, and although my father’s cremation date has not been set yet (not their fault, they were waiting on doctor’s response to finish the paperwork), I am very certain that it will all go well.
Also, that other place never called me back! Save yourself the headache and go with Belinda. She is so kind and understanding. It’s been a really rough time, and they made the cremation process so easy for me.”
